The Story
The History
Our founder, Brittany, has a long and successful track record in the FBO industry, dating back to 2006. She has always found fulfilment in exploring every facet of aviation, from spending time in the cockpit, to being involved in the process of establishing new FBOs. Over the years, she has built upon the knowledge she has gained in the industry and witnessed first-hand its best practices. This is what has now become FBO Fix; a comprehensive FBO consulting company motivated to fix the problems of today, tomorrow and elevating customer service.
The Inspiration
At our core, we believe that processes and ideas can always be improved, no matter the need. This has been Brittany’s aim throughout her career, as she thoroughly enjoys developing and implementing solutions with measurable results. We also recognize the role that great customer service plays in this industry, and that is something we wish to see throughout the FBOs we work with and consult.
